There is no doubt that this year has been wrought with sickness. I don't know anyone who hasn't been effected. It's time to remember that if you are sick, you should stay home from work. It seems impossible....there is so much to do! Getting worse and exposing others to your illness is hurting the business. Use your sick days!
Make sure that you are taking extra care with your vitamins. Even better is actual vitamins and minerals from the raw source: Food. Ginger is good, and garlic. Make a nice soup with all the healing vegetables you can think of. Use preventative maintainence.
